Business Development Manager M/F
As part of its continued growth, Esker is looking for a business development manager to join its Benelux team in Gent.
You will be responsible for building new business and growing our client portfolio in Benelux by selling cloud based document process automation solutions powered by A.I.
Join a small team of experts dedicated to creating added value in financial and customer service roles, as part of a global company with 15 locations and over 1,000 talented professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow business from our existing customers by using your relationship skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify prospects by cold calling finance and IT managers to understand their business needs in terms of document delivery solutions and cost saving.
- Actively engage with the marketing team to research and generate new business leads.
- Build relationships with prospects by arranging meetings to give presentations and functional demonstrations of Esker’s solutions.
- Develop and present sales proposals, negotiate prices, terms and conditions to sign new deals.
- Accurately record and report sales and forecast (Salesforce).
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor degree required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in outside sales and direct selling of complex, high-end IT solutions to C-level required.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
- Strong business and technology acumen. Knowledge of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay solutions would be a plus.
- Customer service oriented and success driven with great telephone communication skills.
- Traveling on the assigned territory and between France and Belgium may be required.
